3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Hot Yoga - Sustained Yoga postures done in an heated environment - moderate to high intensity
12:00 noon -1:00 p.m. Variety Yoga - Different styles and levels of yoga - moderate intensity
5:25 p.m. - 6:25 p.m. Fusion Fitness - a combination of vinyasa flow yoga, rhythmic movement, tai chi, and Pilates inspired strength training. A total body workout that will leave you feeling energized, strong, empowered, supple and stretched - high intensity
6:30 pm - 8:00 p.m. Yin Yoga a yoga practice that focuses on the connective tissues rather than the structual alignment of bone and muscle as in most regular "yang" yoga pracices. The postues are held from 2 to 5 minutes usually and the hip area is a primary focus.
12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. Bi-Lingual Variety Yoga -Different styles and levels of yoga using English and Spanish cues - moderate intensity
5:25 p.m. - 6:25 p.m. Traditional Yoga - a yoga practice that uses the postures and breath to effect a mind spirit body connection - moderate intensity.
6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Power Yoga - a yoga practice that uses the sun salutation as it's core movement combining varying level of difficulty - high intensity
7:35 p.m. - 8:35 p.m. Restorative Yoga a yoga practice that releases the day's tension and prepares mind spirit and body for rest - low intensity
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Variety Yoga Different styles and levels of yoga - moderate intensity
5:25 p.m. - 6:25 p.m. Resistance Band Training
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Hot Yoga Sustained Yoga postures done in an heated environment -moderate intensity

7:55 a.m. - 8:55 a.m. Gentle Yoga with Guided Meditation- a practice that prepares the participants to be able to sit for a short guided meditation through postures, chanting and breath work/pranayama - low intensity
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Traditional Yoga - a yoga practice that uses the postures and breath to effect a mind spirit body connection - moderate intensity.
10:05 a.m. - 11:05 a.m. Pilates - is a mat form of exercise that emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength and flexibility - moderate to high intensity
11:10 p.m. - 12:10 p.m. Power Yoga - a yoga practice that uses the sun salutation as it's core movement combining varying level of difficulty - high intensity
12:15 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. Belly Dance - a weight baring activity that is not only fun but also strengthens the core and upper body, reduces stress and has been used in rehabilitation after injuries.
Single class "drop-in" rate is $15. Ten-class card is $125 with a 3 month expiration date.
Monthly-unlimited card is $85. Saturdays are donation based for all classes!
New students can purchase 10 classes for $10.00 to be used within 10 days as an introductory offer.
Group Business Discount
Any group of 5 or more from the same company can enjoy yoga together and receive a 15% discount off the monthly fee for as long as they are employed at that business.
To qualify have a representative from the company notify DSY of the names of the employees and the date they plan to attend.
There is a family rate available on the monthly card. The first (18 and older) adult is full price, second is 1/2 of that price, third adult is 1/3 of that price, and fourth is free. After an adult purchases a monthly card, a child's (17 and under) card is $25, second child is $18, and the third child is free.
Scholarships are available on an "as-needed" basis. Inquire at Diana's School of Yoga to make arrangements.
Referrals which result in a new student signing up for a monthly unlimited card will earn the person who referred them a monthly unlimited class gift card.
Any student who refers a new student for a Thai Yoga Therapy Bodywork session will earn that student 50% off their next session.
