 Janette Moyal is the on-site Licensed Massage Therapist at our studio.
Janette has been in practice since 2005.
Her work is a combination of deep tissue and energy work.
Janette went to massage school at Texas Massage Institute in DFW.
She completed over 600 hours in various courses including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Orthopedic, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, and Reiki.
Janette is also Nationally Certified in Pregnancy Massage.
Janette was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Texas in 1991.
She has a 7 year-old daughter who practices yoga here at Diana’s School of Yoga.
Janette practices yoga and meditation every day, believing a healthy body has to start from the inside. This has been one of the reasons she got started in Reiki and Bodywork.
She enjoys reading and spending time with people.

Pregnancy Massage $60
Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of childbirth experience. In turn, nurtures the new life that grows within her.
Janette will use specific techniques and movements which are designed to help relieve particular conditions, including the following: low back pain, swelling of hands and feet, headaches, calf cramps, insomnia, sciatic pain, and sinus congestion.
Cold Stone Therapy for Headaches $40
This is a natural way of relieving headaches by using cold stones, specific aromatherapy, stretches, pressure points and relaxation techniques to help eliminate headaches. Using a cold application with marble stones, stone therapy causes and increase of muscle tone, an increase of the body’s stimulation, a decrease of pain and a decrease of inflammation or swelling.
Healing Hot Stone Massage $75
A 90 minute Swedish Relaxation style of massage that uses heated river stones and
warmed essential oils to deeply massage the body sending one into a greater state of relaxation. This massage may be more suitable for those individuals that prefer a lighter massage, and need depth. The heat from the stones relaxes muscles and often increases an individual’s tolerance of pressure.
Healing Stone Chakra Facial Massage $55
This facial massage treatment integrates Crystals with Chakras. Heated River Stones and Gem stones are position on the different chakra points on the face and back to help promote stimulation of the lymphatic system and collagen for improved skin.
