Diana Roehl is a certified yoga teacher who began a career in fitness in 1993. In 1996 she was asked to teach a 30-minute abdominal class and was told that she could spend 15 minutes of the class doing stretches. Those 15 minutes began a journey into yoga that continues to flourish today.
She checked out videos and bought books concerning stretching. Most of the information she gathered pointed to yoga. She immediately started taking yoga from various teachers locally and throughout the country. What she found out was that yoga is a 5,000-year-old practice that increases flexibility, strength, and relaxation and promotes muscle repair.
Diana received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification through the Priya Yoga Teacher Training Program. In addition to this she has Astanga Yoga certifications from American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association, as well as AFAA and the YMCA certifications.
Diana most recently completed the AVI 500 hour Viniyoga Teacher Training with Gary Kraftsow.
Diana was the first to bring yoga into the Metropolitan YMCA in downtown Fort Worth. She encouraged this interest and training to others at the "Y," and a strong program was started there. She has the ability to teach yoga to all fitness and age levels, having taught participants from age 6 to 70 years plus. Yoga has made a big impact in Diana's life, and she feels it is a gift to share with anyone and everyone who is interested in improving the qualify of their life.
Diana is a native Texan and a graduate of St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. She and her husband, Pete, have four children, Veleda, Christina, Alex, and Desmond.

There has been no looking back and Emily states that she can't imagine herself in any other line of work.

Heidi Steltzer considers teaching yoga as a service for the community that helps relieves suffering and develops peace of mind in every individual who practices it. Yoga has completely changed her life in all possible ways. It is so much more than physical exercise; it is a spiritual path that puts you on a road to self-realization – a way of being alive and present moment to moment.
After being laid off from the airline industry after 9/11, Heidi thought long and hard about making yoga a life long career. She began teaching yoga full time and has never looked back. Heidi teaches yoga to children, senior citizens, and handicapped – at senior homes, corporations, fitness centers and now at Diana’s School of Yoga. She also teaches power yoga, chair yoga and Anusara inspired yoga.
Heidi continues to attend yoga teacher training workshops several times a year to make her classes more interesting and safe.
Heidi believes the practice of yoga helps to manage the daily stresses of life with proper breathing techniques, simple meditation and positive thinking. She enjoys helping others discover their power, develop their strength and reveal the grace they already have within themselves.
